A hotel cheat on price listing

We booked two days via priceline.com, 3/22 Friday and 3/23Saturday. They had listing of 1 Queen Bed or 2 Double Beds without property fee, total $240.96, and 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds with property fee. I booked the cheaper one $240.96. As of today, they still have the two listings with ot without property fee, The later would charge $51.98 property fee. At our check in, we couldn't check in if we didn't [pay the property fee! Showing them our Priceline receipt didn't help. I dispute this to an employee and the manager. The detailed charge of property fee and deposit at check out showed they charged us property fee $58.74. They were cheating by listing a lower "total charge" without prpperty fee but charge it at check in!! Be careful, don't fall in the trap and go there.

I have been staying at Arizona Charlies, Decatur, for years and always opt for a Meadows Room. This was a 4 night stay and I did need to request a room change after thet first night because of antisocially noisy guests on the floor above me. Staff were quite happy to move me. I find that the rooms on the 1st floor tend to be much quieter and this was the case this time. The room is spacious enough and, whilst not fancy, is perfectly adequate. The bathrooms are too and I like the fact that they have bath tubs. Everything was clean and the room was serviced daily. There are plenty of eating options within the casino. I don't agree in principle about the Resort Fee, but it is a fact of life in Las Vegas. It is a much lower charge than on the strip and it does include parking. The car park is regularly patrolled, which is causes me to feel that my car is very secure. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub and this is one of the strong positives about staying here. On this occasion, however, they were both closed for refurbishment and this wasn't highlighted on the website or in advance by the hotel. This made a huge difference to my visit. My greatest issue is that the reception staff consistantly process the payment of a $75 deposit incorrectly and rather than putting this through as a preauthorisation on the guests card, they actually process it as a payment. When the guest is from overseas this triggers the exchange rate differential that is as high as 20%. A 2.99% currently charge is also applied both times. If processed correctly as a preauthorisation this would just be a holding entry to protect the hotel until the guest checks out. My issue was compounded this visit in that the payment hasn't been refunded at all and I have needed to raise a complaint to the hotel to resolve this. It is worth noting that Arizona Charlies is the only hotel I have ever experienced that incorrectly processes the preauthorisation (I stay in hotels for over 75 nights a year). Staying at Arizona Chalets was honestly a letdown from the start. We picked it hoping to be close to family, and the reviews didn't seem terrible, but boy, were we wrong. The customer service on our first night was pretty basic, and the lack of uniforms made it confusing to figure out who was helping us. The real kicker was walking into our room and feeling like we'd stepped into a horror movie scene. Double beds for a couple, a view of trash outside the window, and that cloud of old cigarette smoke hitting us right in the face – it wasn't what we expected. Wanting to bail out, we tried to cancel, but no luck – we were stuck for the full five days. After some persistence, we managed to switch to a room in the newer building. It was okay, the shower was good, but the bed was annoyingly squeaky. At least, there was no cigarette smell in that room. Yet, every time we stepped out of the room, there it was again – that lingering smell. And to top it off, on our last day, we found a baby roach in the bathroom. Not the best way to wrap up our stay, to say the least. On the upside, they had a live music band. It was basic, but it added a local vibe to the place. Overall, it's a 100% local scene, but if you're looking for a comfy and hassle-free stay, Arizona Chalets might not be the best pick.

The machines are tight. I spent $1000.00 plus in the buffalo machine after 200 spins you don't get to the bonus round. The rewards program takes an $8000 dollar lose to get a free night stay. Please don't play at this casino if you are an out towner. Spend your money at the gold coast or palms f Charlie's Decatur

Pictures of rooms are not accurate! Our room was at least 50 years old. Finally had to go to front desk because getting service from housekeeping did not exist. We had to switch rooms because of fan noise on AC. Have no idea what resort fee goes too, perhaps a towel or bar of baby soap you have to share.
